ABOUT MARKO BUDARICK
As a Manager at Capgemini Invent, I lead digital transformation and create new business models using IoT technologies. I help organizations align their IoT strategies with their IT architecture, data and cloud strategies. Previously, I was IoT Program Manager and Innovation Manager at Roto Window & Door Technology, where I developed the IoT product portfolio around digital business models. I designed an international IoT roadmap, optimized the product portfolio, led design thinking sprint weeks, and developed digital business models. I also worked as an IoT Mechanical Engineer at GEZE GmbH, contributing to the entire product development lifecycle. A notable achievement was the development of the F1200+, a winner of the German Innovation Award 2020. With over 14 patent publications as an inventor, I demonstrate my ability to apply IoT technologies to real-world scenarios for improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.(Patent Assignee: GEZE GmbH, Roto W & DT) My educational background includes a B.Eng. in Design and Development from DHBW Stuttgart and a M.Sc. from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management.
