As web developer I have designed and maintain a custom ticketing system used by 5 railways for Christmas events with over tickets sold each year.As marketing manager I work with digital ads, and traditional media to create effective campaigns to promote our events across the UK.In this role I also manage a Social Media and marketing co-ordinator.I oversee colleagues recruiting event staff across the hosts.I manage customer service staff during events and co-manage staff during the year.Event co-ordinater - During event my role is to co-ordinate a link between the company and the host to ensure the brand is maintained and to troubleshoot due to my wealth of experience with the event.Retail Manager - During event I manage all the on site retail and staff.During events I also assist with the setup of Retail, decoration and technical equipment.\"You are smashing it though and I\'m proud you\'re my boss for what its worth\"- Sian, Social Media and Marketing Co-ordinator.(I did not tell or pay her to say this!)
