Retail transformation is my passion. Throughout my retail career I have helped a number of retailers transform themselves into a high performing business, driving growth, profit while reducing costs. Now as a consultant, I am still passionate about helping retailers succeed, only now there are so many more tools and solutions available. The challenge is, what to choose when and how to best deploy it. That\'s where I come in. My experience in retail enables me to help them wade through the myriad of challenging decisions to land on not only what is best right now, but also how to successfully implement it so that the full potential is realized.
