I am a marketing professional with a passion for turning data and insight into compelling marketing strategies. I am driven by the belief that great marketing communications are rooted in a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviour. Over the course of my 25 year career, I have honed my skills in marketing strategy, proposition development, communications and product marketing. Most recently, I have been the Marketing Director for a Technology business, developing propositions and campaigns for a range of SaaS products and associated services. I also have experience of working in Financial Services, Healthcare and Retail sectors amongst others. As a leader of teams, I have fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation, empowering my colleagues to bring their best ideas to the table and drive results. I am deeply committed to mentoring and developing my team members, helping them grow both personally and professionally. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with some of the most innovative and forward-thinking people in some incredible businesses.
