I have worked in the Hotel industry since 1994 starting as a concierge at a Forte Hotel in Winchester to pay for my degree. This was when I was bitten by the bug of hotels and hospitality. It\'s something you can\'t put your finger on but it drives you every day to be better and give more. Every area I was unsure of I immersed myself in until I was the best. Then I could move on to the next department or position.As a General Manager now I still have that same drive and determination to be the best and to develop the hotels I manage to reach and exceed their maximum potential.Specialties- Sales & Marketing driving new developments and plans- Networking and forging fruitful relationships- Team building to get the best from my colleges and they in return get to develop and improve
