Redcentric is a Telecoms Provider with its own network and the role of Regulatory & Commercial Manager is on the Voice side of the business where I\'m responsible for ensuring that it’s aligned with any regulatory changes in the telecoms sector. Key duties of the role include:• Identifying and acting upon compliance and regulatory risks to the business, including fraud • Responsibility for the management of Ofcom-related matters relating to voice • Working closely with the organisation’s legal team in relation to telecoms-related matters • Maintaining published materials i.e. service descriptions and tariff guides • Managing the day-to-day relationship with billing and interconnect partners • Responsibility for call routing decisions, margin analysis and revenue assurance.
