I am an experienced IT and Communications Service Management Professional with strong organisational and communication skills combined with a professional, confident and customer focused attitudeWith over thirty years’ experience operating within an IT and Communications environment, the last twenty years of which have been spent within the Service Management space, focusing on Service Design, Service Transition, Service Delivery and Continual Improvement working for managed service companies delivering into end clients. Experienced in Managed Services, Unified Communications, Telephony, Cloud Services, LAN & WAN. I have operated in varying customer verticals including public, financial and enterprise sectors. I am able to bring a wealth of real world practical knowledge and experience alongside the professional qualifications necessary for success in this environment. ITIL Expert and Prince2 accreditations ensure that I am excellently equipped with the necessary, industry recognised training to complement my extensive experience.During my career I have designed, implemented and managed services and solutions either through major transformation programs or through business as usual change.I am adept in creating, operating and delivering ITIL aligned processes to provide customer centric, cost effective IT services and well versed in Profit & Loss management and ownership for all services including billing and financial management. I am also accomplished at managing Service Providers & Vendors along with internal teams to meet contractual and financial SLA’s & KPI’s. I have extensive negotiation and relationship management experience at many levels, and am always keen to take ownership of matters and, where necessary, drive through change.
