ABOUT MARK RYAN

Mark Ryan is a cofounder and EVP, Director of Business Development of Ranger Scientific LLC, a small arms ammunition manufacturer located in Montgomery, West Virginia, Ryan is also presently a partner with Aegis Defense Research and Aegis Defense International, focused on defense technologies research and development in both the U.S. military and consumer markets.Ryan has a diversified and extensive management background including twenty-five years of executive leadership experience in the arenas of banking, oil and gas, small business, capital raising and defense technology manufacturing.Ryan is an operative for Project Blue light, a counter terrorism and anti-human trafficking private organization working within the United States. He is also part of a national coalition collaborating with several organizations to combat child human trafficking. Ryan is a co-founder of the Heroes for Freedom and Liberty, a non-for-profit event honoring both military and civilian heroes, who have gone above the call of duty, sacrificing themselves for others.Ryan helped found Montgomery Preparatory Academy, a private non-for-profit school in West Virginia, grades 6 through 12 geared towards entrepreneurialism and specific excelled individual aptitude. Ryan is a Knight of Columbus and received an honorary citizenship award from the Sons of the American Revolution. In 2016 Mr. Ryan was honored as a Kentucky Colonel and had the distinct honor of joining the National Desert Storm War Memorial executives to escort Kentucky Gold Star family members having brought forth the Garland of Roses into the winner\'s circle of the Kentucky Derby.Mr. Ryan is extensively traveled and experienced with the intricacies of international business development. He received his B.A. with Japanese and Political Science in 1995 from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
