Implement short and long-range inventory and supply chain management goals and logistics strategies using LEAN principles, 5S, Kanban, JIT tools and others- Created more efficient floor layouts in manufacturing and modified material control standards / improvements which reduced lead times by 18.7%- Created master forecasting tools & techniques increasing yearly scheduling accuracy by over 21%- Formulated the initial Kanban manufacturing floor plan layout for SPECT Imaging at HES- Perform research, evaluate and recommend solutions to complex inventory issues and negotiate challenges related to materials and logistics in a \'make to order\' environment- Developed and implemented the RS Parts Harvesting Project, generating in revenue in its very first year while reducing waste by 17%- Facilitated the relocation and inventory of the RS manufacturing facility from Hoffman Estates IL to Wood Dale IL-Team leader, developer, and implementer of the MRP / Master Scheduling / ERP Systems for both SAP and J.D. In my first year saved over $1.95 million dollars; in the second $1.82 million; in the next $2.41 million; then $1.93 million; and later $1.48 million. In every year exceeded the cost savings goals set by corporate, some by greater than 20%- Lead the Division (> 650 employees) with the most implemented cost savings ideas in the first two years of the program- R.S. 3i (the Siemens Employee Suggestion Program) Program Manager. In the first 9 years as Manager lead the Division to 8 top three finishes (VS all other Siemens Divisions World Wide); five times to 1st place- Extensive P/C training in SAP, JDE, Microsoft Office, Six Sigma, LEAN, 5S, Quality, and others- Senior Strategic Buyer for SPECT / CT / MR components for the RS Division in Wood Dale.
