Since joining Aspect as a Project Manager in 2007, I progressed through the grades and in April 2015 I was promoted to my current role as Director, Professional Services. In addition to being a member of the Professional Services European Management Team, I am accountable for all strategic, high value programmes and complex single engagements within the EMEA region. Throughout my tenure I have been assigned strategic Global Programmes whereby I led Teams on Customer sites across LATAM and North America.Through my tenure, my duties and delivery achievements using Prince2 comprise;• Led a Global Program for the World’s Local Bank delivering a strategic hardware and software enterprise solution• Delivered a hosted workforce management solution for the world’s largest social media company• Devised and implemented best practices for consistent speed of idea to market deployments• Compiling and controlling quarterly revenue forecasts for all projects in the UK• Direct and matrix management of Project Management and Technical resources incorporating Performance Reviews, work assignments and training plans• Leading Executive and Senior Customer stakeholder meetings across multiple geographies• Program and Project progress reporting• Drive Business strategies aimed at Customer Satisfaction• Generate additional revenue through bespoke Professional Service offerings• Participate in Pre-Sales activities and generation of Statement of Works• Production of Project and Programme Schedules
