Taking my process improvement through automation skills from Credit Suisse, I guided teams through an Agile transformation while building a complex new product offering at IHS Markit/Markit Digital. I streamlined five Agile processes and Jira instances at Uplight to gain efficiencies, transparency, and cost savings. Finally, landing at Lucidworks, where I redesigned a mission-critical process, reducing time to market.
