ABOUT MARK R.

With over six years of experience in account management, I am a passionate and driven Account Director at Paragon DCX, a digital customer experience agency that helps clients create meaningful connections with their audiences. I manage a portfolio of key accounts, overseeing the delivery of high-quality projects that meet the clients\' objectives and expectations. I also resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that the clients are satisfied. Some of the projects I have worked on include developing a new website for a global fashion brand, creating a loyalty programme to increase customers LTV and managing a digital loyalty program for transport company. I have a bachelor\'s degree in international business from Leeds Beckett University, and I also spent a semester at ZHAW School of Management and Law in Switzerland as part of the Erasmus Exchange program. This experience helped me develop my intercultural communication and adaptability skills, which I apply in my current role to work effectively with diverse clients and teams. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and deliver value to the clients. I am also committed to the mission and vision of Paragon DCX, which is to design and deliver innovative and engaging digital experiences that make a positive impact.
