I was contacted by RAPP (London) formerly Proximity back in October 2022, to help out new division of the Business – Team X working on setting up new practices and supplier for their client Mercedes Benz Financial Services. Role was looking at the current packs, looking at ways to reduce costs and unpicking the problems the client had with pricing and reporting. Showing the client how decipher and write and produce data processing documentation.
