Track and enter new entities/ business opportunities onto CRM with appropriate subsequent outcome, ensuring client data is accurately updated and creating codes & internal projects for subsequent audit work. WIP tracking, year to date performance, debtors, billing, code closure etcProject manage audit process. Duties include pre-planning (booking staff, resolving clashes, ensuring key deliverables are scheduled and timetabled dates are met, proof-reading reports to clients and final submission of reports to the client board.Ensure client ACM & AGM events are appropriately diarised and attended by Mazars staff. Assist with ad-hoc project work at the request of the account teams (both external and internal), tasks include research information and collate data for proposals, drafting of engagement letters and minute taking.Project manager and run client events. Consisting of arranging speakers, booking venues, seminar content, document production, invitation sending, acceptance tracking, pre-event run through, on the day assistance and collating client feedback on the events. Independence – Ensuring that new & continuing work is compliant with Mazars independence processes and there are no impediments to providing services. This takes the form of background checks, obtaining requested client sensitive information, checking current debtor levels globally, memo drafting and seeking final approval of Mazars global independence team. Take an active role supporting role in Asset Management Leadership Meetings, including feedback to leaders, financial performance, enhancing best practise and recruitment. Take responsibility for reporting to the Global Asset Management team Lead the planning for asset management events (internal and client-facing) encompassing feedback from leadership & staff, arranging events and meeting day documentation.Ensuing agreed actions from the leadership meetings are followed through and acted upon.
