I help in providing Financial Model Audit reviews to transactions related to valuation, M&A restructuring, PPA made in MS Excel in diverse infrastructure, mining, agriculture, and energy transactions at BID, financial close, valuation/refinancing, and operational stages in the APAC region.I am a Project Manager in Forvis Mazars Advisory LLP with 5 years of experience in Financial Model Audit.I am also a CFA level 2 candidate. Preparing for CFA has helped in understanding the concept and workings of the transactions in the Financial Models in a better way which I can apply in my current work.During my internship, I worked as an Equity Research Intern at Corporate CapitalVentures Pvt. Ltd. where I prepared Equity Research Reports on Small Cap Companies and Investor Presentation report on M&A.I also participated in CFA Institute Research Challenge 2020 where our team prepared a sell-side equity research report on Bata India Limited.
