Aligning and collaborating with cross functional leaders in our Business, IT, Change & MDM functions to drive and implement an increase in customer satisfaction, sustainable low cost solutions, increased reliability, reduced service variability, improved quality & compliance, and return on investmentSignificant stakeholder engagement and management across global and regional stakeholder groups including Executive, Regional VP, Country General Managers, Functional Directors and additionally Business, IT, Change & MDM Subject Matter ExpertsSupports process design activities with client groups in a specific business process area to enable achievement of client operating objectives, improved operational excellence and lower cost of operations for the enterprise. Collaborates with peers across IT, Change & MDM to integrate process areas.Works with business partners on Governance processes for initiating projects as well as appropriate change management activities to achieve organisational readiness for the process and technology change with regard to the application(s).Managing the Agile and Quarterly SAP release enhancement process ensuring business control standards are utilised, presenting to the European business leaders and key stake holders on a weekly basis. Expert knowledge of SAP PP, QM and MM in an ECC 6.0 environment, supporting Forecast to Stock and Procure to Pay streams, along with integration and strong support experience of WM, PM, SD, FI/CO.Currently supporting manufacturing, warehouses and 3rd party sites across the UK, Europe and the Middle East (Circa users, 84 plants across 26 countries)
