I lead end-to-end transformations that lift CX, improve OTIF and free working capital- backed up by robust S & OP, SIOP, analytics and cost-to-serve discipline. Recent highlights include a multi-team technical services transformation delivering +22% CX 32% KPI gains;inventory optimisation programmes with £500k savings; and HMRC/AEO bonded frameworks saving £350k while de-risking trade.
