Having a varied role, I have gained experience in a wide range of skills from securing contracts with manufacturers to designing and programming an internal software system with website integration. I continue to develop our manufacturer relations and introduced new products to repair and support on behalf of the manufacturers.Managing projects, client meetings and our in house assembly. I hold scheduled meetings with the directors setting future targets to improve turnover and productivity whilst keeping within budget.Designed and integrated a bespoke software package that is used in Multicare to facilitate repairs and assembly. We use the software to track repairs, stock management, invoicing and ISO9001. We are able to use the system to keep our customers up to date through a live data stream on our website which I created to integrate with our internal database.Due to the unique requirements of our customers I designed the software package so that we could supply the bespoke reporting required by our clients and reduce the costs of an off the shelf which would need bespoke sections creating for us.Producing tailor-made KPI reports for manufacturers along with conference calls to keep up to date with any problem areas that may need to be addressed, often having to travel to the various manufacturers countries at short notice to meet with the end client.I have gained knowledge with VB.net, C#, WPF, MYSQL, HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS3, Ajax and Razor, Visual Studio Community 2017, Team Server.Competencies• Business Development• Customer focused • Document creating e.g. contract, NDA writing, business proposals and ISO9001 Management• Software / Website development (VB.NET, C#, WPF & MYSQL)• Project planning• Forecasting sales and purchasing• Stock management• Organisation and Team building• KPI reporting• Budget managing• IOSH – Managing Safely• Advanced Excel 2013
