I started my career as an automotive technician - diagnosing faults, fixing complex systems, and explaining problems to people in plain English. Turns out that\'s pretty good preparation for IT!These days I manage ownership and delivery of Okta, Lumos, Jamf, Intune, Atlassian, Google Workspace, n8n, Slack, and a few others. I handle architecture and implementation through to operations and continuous improvement. It\'s a fast-paced environment - I run projects through Scrum and Agile in Jira, usually with several on the go at once.More recently I\'ve been spending a lot of time on AI and automation. Building agentic systems, workflow automation, and AI-assisted tooling - the practical applications. Based in Manchester
