I am the Founder/CEO of the not for profit charity called ‘The Man Walk Australia’. The Man Walk originated in Kiama in 2019 and is the fastest growing men’s mental health organisation in the country.https://themanwalk.com.au/The Man Walk enables men to “walk, talk and support” each other in a positive and inclusive environment; free from judgement, pressure or expectation. Man walkers can participate at over 80 different locations across Australia in a free, weekly, side-by-side walk with a group of like-minded men who find tremendous value in being a part of our Man Walk community. We are passionate about providing opportunities for regular physical activity and connection, combatting social isolation and loneliness, and decreasing the incidences of male suicide.
