Jozi Legner was sought out by Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) to be the Kentucky DBE Coordinator for the East End Bridge Section 5 Design Project (Louisville Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges Project a 2.6 billion dollar capital project which was one of the largest in the United States).
