I develop, manage, and implement all areas of a social change organization that equips diverse young changemakers with local and global leadership experiences to develop as leaders and impact their community. As a youth-leadership incubator, we provide individualized opportunities to help youth develop as the leaders they yearn to be, despite societal and structural limitations, with focus on arts, environment and global advocacy projects. Position includes planning and managing fundraising, data management, documentation for stakeholders, direct service, networking, marketing, program/curriculum development, coordination with partner organizations, and budgeting.
