I am a Health Informatics Graduate Trainee on the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS), based at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust. In my role, I have a wide range of responsibilities such as focusing on creating digital solutions to enhance patient care, streamline operations, and support strategic decision-making.I also have experience in working on several projects surrounding digital transformation. This involved constructing business cases to support the implementation of clinical technology to enhance patient monitoring and reduce clinical risks. Furthermore, I have participated in operational collaborative projects where I worked with clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes and optimise healthcare delivery.With my time on the graduate scheme, I have become passionate about healthcare innovation, and I am committed to improving patient outcomes. I enjoy working collaboratively with different teams to implement strategies that support the NHS\'s digital transformation journey.
