I assist foreign clients conducting business in the U.S. and Mexico, guiding them as they navigate the U.S. and Mexican legal systems. I represent clients from the U.S. and Mexico on domestic and international matters, including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contractual, estate planning, and probate issues. My clients include maquiladoras, cross-border businesses, individual investors, and entrepreneurs. I understand the needs and concerns of cross-border clients, as well as the obstacles they face in conducting business in another country and use that experience to help my clients establish and operate successful businesses. My support staff and I are bilingual and bicultural, allowing us to communicate fluidly with our cross-border clients in their native language.
