Utilize JobDiva ATS to update and add job descriptions, and provide support to the Recruiting Manager.• Schedule interviews with client hiring managers, candidates, and Vertex Account Managers, coordinating calendars and logistics.• Prepare interview materials, including candidate profiles and questions, as needed.• Assist with candidate outreach, supporting the recruiting team in their efforts to find the right talent.• Attend client alignment calls to gather job requirements and provide transcribed notes to the Recruiting Team and Account Managers.• Conduct due diligence on selected candidates, including reference checks, and complete onboarding summaries.• Write offer letters, ensuring details align with Vertex’s practices, and initiate background checks and drug screens.• Work with clients to complete activities in client portals related to hiring.• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, covering company policies, culture, and benefits.• Manage onboarding tasks, including first-day instructions, assets, and training schedules for a smooth transition.• Conduct care calls with new hires to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.• Serve as the point of contact for new hires during their onboarding process, creating a welcoming environment.• Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal teams, providing updates and feedback throughout the process.• Utilize VMS platforms such as VNDLY, IQ Navigator, and Vector to manage recruitment and onboarding tasks.Vertex is a leading global services firm that provides a portfolio of consulting, staffing and outsourcing services to a broad range of clients and industries worldwide.
