Consultations and drafting with a view to adopting a Charter of Values.What values do the 150 associations affiliated to the world\'s largest federation for the defense of sexual and reproductive rights and justice have in common? How can we find the right words to reflect the courage, passion and tenacity of the people and organizations that make up this mosaic? This mission challenges our team with the tasks of - drawing up a consultation process that truly captures the values and energy of members and stakeholders- conducting focus groups and semi-structured interviews- qualitative research on issues affecting rights, health and justice in the fields of sexual and reproductive health, gender equality and social justice- setting up and running an advisory committee- ensure coherence with the work led by brilliant @Renée Sewe, who is leading the development of the Federation\'s new brand identity.And finally, to produce a short document that encapsulates the very essence of what makes IPPF what it is!Fortunate to be working with such a diverse and brilliant network and with a dream team (@Yemurai Nyoni, co-leading the Charter of Values, and @Renée Sewe, leading the Rebrand)!
