The group (myself included) are now keen and motivated to make progress - thanks so much, Maz!” Julia HOW I GOT HERE- Before upskilling in social media marketing, I spent 10 years in contact centres, on the client and customer side, project managing the set-up and running of centres in the UK and Australia, where customer service was at the fore- Followed by 15 years in Financial Services, I took my project management experience into new product development before going back to contact centre operations for co-branded credit cards and customer experience (think NPS). As a former rugby player, I understand the power of teamwork and community. You’ll see this in my approach and how I cultivate connections across LinkedIn and in-person networking. I love to work collaboratively. I’m a season ticket holder at Northampton Saints and Lions Tourist (4 tours) I have an energetic Yellow Labrador, a black cat and a new kitten. ‍ I love to connect with like-minded people wanting to make a positive impact on LinkedIn.
