We created this platform because the LGBTQ+ community faces significant barriers including limited access to financial resources, higher rates of poverty, and discrimination in and outside of the workplace. But as we gain economic and financial power, more LGBTQ+ folks will have a seat at the table and be able to drive positive change for our community.
