Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements, define project goals, and align on data-driven strategies- Design and develop end-to-end BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data products, to support business decision-making- Lead the development of scalable data products, such as self-service analytics tools, automated reporting systems, and predictive models- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver integrated solutions- Translate business needs into technical specifications for BI tools, ensuring alignment with organizational goals- Develop custom applications to enhance data accessibility, visualization, and usability, ensuring seamless integration with BI platforms- Ensure data governance and compliance, maintaining data security, accuracy, and consistency across all BI solutions- Mentor and guide team members, fostering skill development and preparing them for leadership roles- Monitor and measure the success of BI solutions, using KPIs and feedback to continuously improve performance and usability- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative tools and methodologies into BI practices- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle- Manage project timelines and resources, using Agile or Scrum methodologies to ensure on-time delivery of BI initiatives- Present insights and recommendations to executives and stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making- Coordinate and lead operations, including resource allocation, team performance tracking, and process optimization- Support advanced analytics initiatives, such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI integration, to enhance BI capabilities.
