ABOUT MARÍA JOSÉ CASTRILLÓN
Canadian citizen I graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia from the Bachellor Degree of Social Comunication (specialized on film production). During this 5 year program I had my first contact with the world of animation with which I fell in love. Finally, I had the chance of pursuing my dream of becoming an animator and in April of 2014 I went to Vancouver Film School Classical Animation Program from which I created two short films: Imogen (Traditional Paper Animation) and Fishing Day (Digital animation, cut out style done in Toon Boom Harmony). Since then I\'ve worked in several animated tv shows such as My Little Pony (Hasbro), Future Worm (Disney tv), Little Big Awesome (Prime Original), Home: The adventures of Tip and Oh (Dreamworks tv), The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants (Dreamworks tv), Cleopatra in Space (Dreamworks tv), The Last Kids on Earth (Netflix), The Snoopy Show (Apple TV), among others.
