ISS Crew Support• Support ESA Astronauts before, during and after their Mission as part of the ESA CrewSupport Team• Gather and coordinate all necessary information for the organization of the launchcampaign, with a focus on the immediate family of the astronaut• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of bonus food items chosen by the astronaut totheir destination (typically Houston, USA)• Facilitate the gathering of personal items and preference data of the astronaut as well astheir upload process to the International Space Station (ISS) on the astronaut\'s privateallocation• Accompany and support all guests of the astronauts during the launch campaign(immediate family included)• Coordinate and organize private communications between the astronaut and their familyduring the mission• Coordinate and support tasks linked with the astronaut and the on-site organization at thelanding site• Maintain an overview of the travel budget allocated to the astronaut and their families• Support and coordinate activities of the members of the European Astronaut Reserve• Contribute to the development and coordination of Artemis & Gateway Crew Supportdocumentation and activities• Support quality management processes and ensure documentation of lessons learned aswell as operational knowledgeEUROCOM• Represent the crew in the Columbus Flight Control Team (Col FCT)• Voice communication with the crew on-board the International Space Station• Act as specialist for crew medical support topics• Provide Col FCT with background information on ISS medical activitiesSupport day, night, weekend and holiday shifts for mission related activities
