Analysing activities across the ATM domain to understand the possible evolution of European agencies and ATM companies. Devised a template for product strategy plans.Leading two consortia with ANSP and industry partners for responding to EUROCONTROL Centralise Services call for tenders. Leading the negotiations, managing the contract reviews, the contributions from partners, and took responsibility for the successful completion and submission of one of the bids with positive feedback from partners and the customer.Responsible for managing Telespazio VEGA’s contribution to this project in the SESAR ATM research programme, leading the Data Coherence and Assumptions Management task. Contributing to the SESAR approach to ATM performance, the evolution of the performance framework, and analysing several operational aspects of the SESAR programme. Following the evolution of the SESAR CBA, defined the performance elements in the Programme Information Reference Model, and contributing to the European ATM Architecture model, which is based on the NATO Enterprise Architecture.Contributed to the 2015 edition of the EU ATM Master Plan by participating in the Master Planning Group as ATM performance expert.
