Supervise and ensure the correct implementation of Visual Merchandising (VM) strategies for each brand within the group across all countries, ensuring compliance with established standards and adaptation to the needs and target audience of each market.Design and deliver training programs periodically, including seasonal training, onboarding for new store openings, and sessions for new business partners. These programs are tailored to the specific needs of each country, covering key areas such as product, Visual Merchandising, and operations.Lead the setup of new store openings, both in person and remotely.Provide continuous feedback to Visual Merchandising teams during store setups, utilizing internal communication tools. Coordinate biweekly video calls with each franchise.Maintain fluid communication with the VM Manager in Spain to monitor the status of each country and brand, as well as to manage general pending tasks.Ensure constant communication and teamwork with the Store Design, Marketing, and Product departments to guarantee strategic and operational alignment.Conduct periodic visits to stores in Mexico to assess performance and implement improvements.Coordinate seasonal visits to different countries to oversee each brand\'s image across various points of sale, identify improvement opportunities, and develop and implement strategic action plans.
