My work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and consequence.I began my career in Ukraine as a lawyer and operating leader during the country’s transition to a market economy. I became a licensed lawyer at 21 and served as a prime minister\'s adviser by 30, working on business development, internet freedom, and women’s rights in an environment where institutional decisions had real, irreversible impact.After moving to the United States, I rebuilt my professional footing and continued operating at the C-level across both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Over the past decade, I have led companies and initiatives through growth, governance, and crisis, often stepping into CFO responsibility as a way to impose execution discipline, decision clarity, and accountability across complex, under-structured systems.I have built financial and operating infrastructure for large-scale organizations, including establishing financial operations for the largest American-Ukrainian foundation in the U.S, overseeing hundreds of thousands of transactions under audit and compliance pressure. In parallel, I have led and advised businesses across SaaS, AI, fintech, product, retail, healthcare, and professional services, managing international teams and resolving failure points between strategy, operations, and governance.In 2024, I founded uCare to strengthen global resilience and defend democratic values through targeted aid, advocacy, and innovation.
