I am an instructor with Bow Valley College, Portage College and Northern Lakes College, working in the Business and Professional programs areas. My background is in Human Resources. I also develop and review courses.I believe that providing effective Human Resources support can have a positive influence on all aspects of an organization. My goal is to enable organizations to focus on their core areas by using my twenty plus years\' of Human Resources experience in consulting, workshop facilitation, training delivery, policy development, recruiting and selecting the best possible candidates. By understanding the HR big picture, as well as the pieces involved, I ensure you have the right people in place at the right time with the right tools and resources available to them, creating success for them and success for your organization.My second role is as a Travel Agent with The Travel Agent Next Door, where I get to combine my love of travel, logistics and creating stress-free memories for fellow travellers.
