External: Board Members and Vendors.Maintain effective work relationships with the Global Legal and Compliance Team, all levels of the Company, and have well developed interpersonal skills.Coordinate logistics and materials for internal and external meetings, e.g, scheduling conference rooms, prepare meeting materials, make travel arrangements, reserve facilities, etc.Perform other duties for Team as requested by Chief Legal Officer or Vice President of Compliance.
