Key Responsibilities- Own nurture planning and prioritization against the sales-assisted user journey- Manage nurture development and content strategy - collaborate with content and product marketing to brainstorm content and email program themes- Own series execution of batch sends, always-on programs and nurture programs- Own the reporting for the nurture series and the delivery of actionable insights to iterate and optimize the series - leverage A/B testing in campaigns and implement learnings to future campaigns- Monitor and respond to inquiries that come into the Contentful mail inbox, including answering questions personally to the leads, routing leads to the sales organization, and looping in customer support as needed- Own the documentation of the sales-led nurture series for all prioritized user journey and always-on programs in the Contentful wiki- Collaborate with content and product marketing to brainstorm content and email program themes- Align with Field team on joint prospect communication to ensure a cohesive user experience-Serve as the Lifecycle channel stakeholder for demand campaign and develop nurture series for offers- Own scheduled send calendar for Marketo database, including newsletters, announcements, promotions, and other batch emails- Build emails, QA email send, links, design layout, manage audience segmentation, UTM building, manage unsubscribes, track performance and report on link traffic- Partner with Contentful\'s external email agency to align on priorities for execution to support sales-assisted program goals
