Discovery of novel mechanisms of CD3-engaging bispecific antibody (bsAb) efficacy and resistance via integration of multi-omics and immunoassays in tumor immune populations• Lead, design, and conduct pre-clinical in vivo studies utilizing bsAbs in solid tumor models.• Murine tumor bulk and single cell RNA-seq analysis resulted in novel insights on the role of bsAb therapy in alteration of tumor T cell and myeloid populations.• Demonstrated enhancement of bsAb efficacy via novel combinations targeting multiple modes of tumor immunosuppression.• Data presented to senior leadership and board of directors with patent filing and manuscript in preparation.• Direct extensive cross-functional collaborations investigating the role of novel immunotherapy combinations in multiple tumor indications.• Coordinate pre-clinical studies across multiple therapeutic areas and working groups. • Established highly productive partnerships with bioinformatics teams and research core facilities. • Integrate complex datasets to support clinical trial multi-omics analyses.• Sought after by bioinformaticians, translational scientists, and clinicians to extend findings from pre-clinical discoveries in novel immunotherapy combinations to clinical trial data.
