As Content Lead, I managed all content operations and design on a three-year Business Banking transformative redesign for frontline and back office staff. I joined during Discovery, and worked on it in active sprints in the lead-up to pilot. Platforms included ECRM, nCino and Salesforce, which required my team and me to meet integration challenges with creative design solutions. On this nimble agile project with multiple pods (six total), scrum teams and diverse stakeholders, I refined my practical knowledge of project management and design system tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft Teams. I regularly created and presented content solutions to stakeholders, including executives, and used this experience to transition into my current role since June 2023: Content Lead on ECRM, with an additional focus on supporting frontline and back office staff in the Personal Banking and Retail Banking sectors.
