I am a seasoned professional with 11+ years of experience at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation. I have successfully co-led and shaped large-scale digital initiatives, post-merger integrations, and IT transformations for top financial institutions across Europe and the Middle East. In my career, I have worked directly with C-level executives, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. I specialize in defining long-term technology roadmaps, optimizing IT operating models, and steering organizations through complex change processes.
