Graduated in Marketing and Corporate Communication, an academic journey with the aim to improve organizational and communication skills through the study of the best strategies to apply in the digital and social media environment. With my master\'s degree thesis \"Engagement 2.0: frameworks, classifications and KPIs for the social media engagement\", I start my research in the field of the Digital Marketing investigating the main KPIs used to calculate the relationship between brands and customers. My ideal work environment will have to stimulate with new challenges that lead me to grow professionally.
