I am the Key Finance Business Partner for the New Unit Projects Organization, to drive Project Margin improvement and Cash Flow generation. I am leading the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP & A), Budgeting review and approval, Risk management, and Cash Flow process for a portfolio of projects in EMEA, a regional platform of $1B+ sales. Also working closely with Customers around Negotiations and with Credit Institutions to manage several Trade Financial Instruments (Guarantee Bonds). I was able to turnaround my Region from a $(200)M Loss into a $200M Profit in 3 years.
