I started my education as a Systemic Coach at Systemisches Zentrum - wispo AG, where I applie my knowledge of systemic coaching to support individuals and teams in achieving their goals. Prior to this, I worked as Head of Hotel/ Operations Manager at ROBINSON, I leverage my skills in service operations and performance improvement to ensure the smooth running of corporate and franchised hotels. I have over two decades of experience in various roles within the hospitality sector, where I have successfully implemented different strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. I hold a Dipl. Betriebswirt degree from Hotelfachschule Heidelberg - Fritz Gabler School of Hotel Management, with a focus on administration/management and hotel and catering industry. I am also certified in How2 Leadership Training, Hybride Führung, and Change Management by TUI. My goal is to continue to grow and learn in the field of operations management, and to contribute to the success of the organizations I work with.
