Responsible for overseeing the Company\'s Legal Department and for implementing risk management initiatives that directly impact the strategic direction of TRC, including the Company’s insurance program and the complex project selection/oversight process. Also oversee our sustainability program. As a senior vice president at TRC, was responsible for the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) business and implementing the risk reduction strategy for the Company’s portfolio of fixed price environmental projects. The TAS team handles hundreds of due diligence engagements each year involving private equity and corporate strategic-related acquisitions and divestitures of single facilities or portfolios of assets. Also managed the legal, financial and technical aspects of each of the sites within TRC’s fixed-price cleanup portfolio, having an aggregate remediation value in excess of $650 million. Have 30 years of legal and technical experience in structuring transactions, and developing risk management, environmental liability transfer, brownfield redevelopment and insurance cost recovery solutions.
