I am an experienced, motivated and driven Head of Procurement & Contracts with a 20 year track record of working within the charity and heritage attraction industry, developing effective teams and operating at senior leader level.The role at Historic Royal Palaces involves an arguably unique portfolio of goods and services procurement and extends to wider contracting activity, including income generating large scale events licences, sponsorship agreements and concession contracts to name but a few. My responsibilities additionally include the management and strategic direction of the organisation’s broad insurance programme which underwrites heritage assets of approximately £1.5bn.I am interested in connecting with like minded colleagues and sharing ideas, best practice and experiences.
