With over 22 years’ experience setting up and managing UK Law firms, I have built a strong reputation as a commercially astute Lawfirm management consultant who is considered a safe pair of hands by all of my clients. I have been with most of them since inception having supported through the initial setup, and continued with ongoing finance and compliance management enabling them to grow safely and with a strong foundation on which to develop the Practice. My experience is mainly but not exclusively with SME firms from 1 to 8 Partners in size, with staffing levels between 1 and 50. I have successfully managed the Lawfirm Accounts, Compliance, IT, Procurement, Marketing and HR with most clients depending on the size of the firm, and assistance required. I have successfully achieved 5 years spotless Lexcel approval, as well as CQS, Cyber essentials, Legal 500 submissions, and an excellent record with clear SAR audits with all clients.
