Contracted by Newable (formerly Winning Pitch) to deliver business coaching (hiring / HR focused) to ambitious entrepreneurs and rapid high growth businesses on the Welsh Government funded Business Wales Accelerated Growth Programme. An experienced Business Coach specialising in people strategy and succession planning, recruitment guidance and support, hiring and HR processes, and employee engagement, enabling high business growth through effective hiring, development and retention of talent.The Business Wales Accelerated Growth Programme offers specialist tailored support and relationship management to help ambitious entrepreneurs and rapid high growth businesses in Wales unlock their high growth potential. In order to be accepted on the programme, an eligible business- Must be based in Wales and have fewer than 250 employeesAnd must also be able to demonstrate the potential to- Create 10 new full-time jobs by the end of 3rd year of support- Aim for 20% annual growth (employment or turnover for at least 2 years). Aim for three years of trading to exceed £3m (> £1m per year)Start Up businesses that are pre revenue can be supported, but they must start trading within 12 months and be looking to achieve growth at the levels outlined above.
