SEL programs are plentiful, but implementing impactful SEL is hard!SELect helps youth-serving organizations define challenges and co-design inclusive ways to foster strong relationships and transform their conditions for learning and development within a multi-tiered system of supports.Working with SELect can accelerate positive youth development outcomes by using data to promote effective adoption, implementation and sustainment of equity-focused SEL policies and practices.Areas of expertise- Improving sports-based programs to enhance youth development and thriving- Training educators and students on SEL and data-based decision-making- Implementing systemic SEL(including Advisory programs)- Designing and implementing Student Success Systems & Multi-tiered System of Supports (MTSS)- Using data collaboratively in school and district improvement efforts Together we can co-design systems-change efforts, grounded in improvement and implementation sciences, that institutionalize innovation!
