Assist with managing restaurants’ social media channels including content creation and timely relevant posting in accordance with each venue’s unique brand identity• Drive social media development and growth through audience identification, competitive research, benchmarking, and actively exploring new trends and best practices• Manage social media engagement both by responding to all community comments and messages and by developing an active outreach plan to build brand visibility• Spend time working from each venue capturing live content and taking photos and videos for use on social media, websites, marketing campaigns, etc.• Execute digital marketing campaigns as directed. This may include writing copy for email campaigns, creating Google posts, scheduling Facebook events, and posting both reels and static content to amplify promotional messaging• Assist with other marketing projects and initiatives as needed
