ABOUT MATT OATES

I\'ve been interviewing, mock interviewing, and running training sessions my entire career. hours of them in fact. I love this. I hope it shows in my work. As a candidate I\'ve gotten offers from Silicon Valley companies such as Google and Mulesoft. Throughout my career I\'ve experienced being rejected, hired, promoted, and fired. As an interviewer and manager I\'ve hired and fired team members. This diverse range of experiences allows me to relate to engineers at many stages in their career. One thing I\'ve learned is that people are products of their environment - moreso than we like to admit. This is one of my motivations for helping you find the right job.
